Sustainable luminaires made of Greenline® recycled aluminium
Sustainability in SNEP® luminaires starts with the material. The bodies of all our luminaires are made from 100% recycled Greenline® aluminium, produced in Finland at the Purso Group’s own remelt plant. The carbon footprint of recycled aluminium is significantly lower than that of primary aluminium. Remelting requires only around 5% of the energy used in primary aluminium production.
SNEP® luminaires are designed for demanding applications where reliability and durability are essential. Aluminium is an excellent material, as it can be recycled repeatedly without losing its properties.
Sustainability is also reflected in the long service life, serviceability and energy efficiency of our products. Modern, optimised and controllable lighting solutions enable significant energy savings while improving functionality, comfort and safety in different spaces.
As SNEP® luminaires are fully recyclable, their materials continue their lifecycle in new products after the end of use.
